How the lobby organises tables

The platform’s live dealer lobby groups tables by game type and betting range. Players see blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and sic bo in separate tabs. A search bar helps locate specific tables quickly. Each table displays the current dealer, minimum bet in ringgit, and number of open seats. The interface uses English and Bahasa. Connection status is shown before a player joins a round.

Self-exclusion can be set from the account area for a fixed period or indefinitely, separate from the daily and weekly deposit limits nearby.

Game variety on offer

Standard live games include baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and sic bo. Some tables follow traditional rules, while others offer speed or no-commission variants. The site regularly rotates its game providers. Beyond the basics, the lobby sometimes features game shows and poker-style tables. These are clearly labelled in the same grid layout. All games stream in real time from dedicated studios.

A password reset takes a verified email or phone, not a conversation on WhatsApp and Telegram — support cannot complete that step on your behalf.

Deposits and withdrawals

Players fund live dealer play via bank transfer, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, or Boost. DuitNow and FPX are also accepted. The minimum deposit for live tables is RM10. Withdrawals go back to the same method used. Processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. The site does not charge fees, but player’s own bank or e-wallet may apply charges.

Logging in from a phone after starting on desktop keeps the same balance and history across casino and arcade — one account, not two.

Streaming and table quality

Video streams come in standard and high definition, depending on the player’s internet speed. The platform uses multiple camera angles for roulette and baccarat. Audio is clear and in sync with the video. Loading times depend on the player’s connection. The site does not guarantee zero lag. Tables are staffed by professional dealers who speak English and sometimes basic Mandarin.

The figures are published on the bonus page and read the same on desktop and mobile.

Mobile and desktop access

The live dealer lobby works on both mobile browsers and desktop. No app download is required. Table layouts adjust to smaller screens without losing chat or betting controls. On mobile, players rotate the device for landscape view. The site remembers recent tables on the same device. Connection drops during a round result in the hand being completed automatically.

Support answers fastest on live chat; the other channels here — WhatsApp and Telegram — run a little behind it.

Betting limits in ringgit

Minimum bets across live tables range from RM5 to RM50, depending on the game and seat position. High-limit tables accept bets up to several thousand ringgit. Limits are posted on each table tile. Players can view the full limit range before sitting down. The site does not display historical win rates. Betting increments follow standard table rules, not custom site policies.

Payout speed follows the channel the deposit came in on, so FPX and Bank transfer are worth matching.

Verification and limits

The dashboard handles deposit and session limits at any time, and verification itself only ever happens once, ahead of the first withdrawal. Titles in the lobby come from Spadegaming, Simple Play and Gameplay Interactive.

Bonus and cash balances are tracked separately, and a withdrawal to FPX and Bank transfer draws from the cash side first.

On a phone

A dropped connection mid-round is handled server-side, and since the mobile build runs in any browser, there was never anything to install. The cashier here lists FPX, Bank transfer and ShopeePay.

If anything is unclear, live chat can confirm the current terms before you commit a deposit through FPX and Bank transfer.

Getting started

Right after registering with a name, phone number and password, the first deposit can be made straight from the cashier. The articles works the same ground at more length.

A referral credit, where offered, typically requires the invited player to complete a deposit through FPX and Bank transfer and some wagering before either side sees the reward.

Compare this with Arcade, Slot, bonus, then read the articles for the terms attached.
